Return Policy
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS!! RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY.
WHILE PURCHASING ONLINE WE UNDERSTAND ALL GARMENTS MAY NOT FIT AS EXPECTED. SOME MAY RUN TOO LARGE OR SMALL. PLEASE MAIL IT BACK TO US ASAP TO RECEIVE YOUR STORE CREDIT THROUGH A GIFT CARD VIA EMAIL. 
Merchandise accepted for store credit must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition. Items cannot be returned with the smell of fragrance, smoke, stains or the absence of all tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria will be ineligible for store credit. All returns must be in a condition suitable for resale. Returned items ineligible for refund will be returned to sender. 
The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send product back for a store credit. Shipping fees are also nonrefundable. 
While receiving damaged or incorrect items is unlikely, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and error. It will certainly be taken care of and we are happy to resolve the issue. Please email photos of the damages or wrong product at info@virtualstylemania.com. B.Avia must be notified within 2 days of delivery. Damages and incorrect items reported after this grace period will not be ineligible for a return. 
Store credits are valid for a lifetime. You will receive an e-gift card via email once approved.
